Agreement to Terms

By using CityWorks Roy Utah Towing services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Services Provided

CityWorks Roy Utah Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery and winching, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services. All services are subject to availability and our ability to safely perform the work requested.

We make every effort to provide accurate estimates, but final costs may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service delivery. You will be notified of any significant changes before we proceed with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If you request a tow to a location other than your specified destination, additional charges will apply.

For abandoned vehicle removal or storage services, payment must be received before the vehicle is released. Storage fees may accrue daily until payment is received and the vehicle is claimed.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and location. You must remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing when possible. CityWorks Roy Utah Towing is not responsible for items left in vehicles.

You must provide proof of ownership or authorization to tow the vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse service if we cannot verify ownership or if we believe the request may be fraudulent.

Liability and Insurance

CityWorks Roy Utah Towing carries appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. While we take great care in handling your vehicle, we are not liable for damage that occurs due to pre-existing vehicle conditions, hidden defects, or damage that occurs despite proper towing procedures.

You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is insured. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence, up to the actual value of your vehicle. We are not responsible for consequential damages such as lost wages, rental car costs, or other indirect expenses.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after our truck has been dispatched may be subject to a trip charge to cover our costs.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. Most problems can be addressed quickly through direct communication. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Emergency Services

We provide 24/7 emergency towing services. Response times may vary based on weather conditions, traffic, distance, and current demand. While we strive to reach you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specific arrival times for emergency calls.
